How many viewers have you had? How long before you got an offer?

No viewers booked for this weekend. Hopefully Feb will encourage some new buyers.0

Can I please have your opinion on our house listing? I can't post a link as I am new but here is the ID on Rightmove 74081305.
We've have loads of viewings (20+) but no offers. We did get an offer but buyer pulled shortly after. it's been on the market for 2 weeks.
Is there anything I need to change with this listing? Any comment and suggestion would be very appreciated!
Thanks in advance.0 -

Nothing immediately obvious wrong in the listing, although I'm puzzled as to why your agent thought taking a photo of the bedroom without opening the curtains was sensible! (Photo 6)
Has the market really moved nearly 20% over the last 2 years?
Plenty of viewings without any offers generally means price is a little optimistic.0 -
Personally I'd say you don't have enough pictures...its a large property but only 8 pics, nothing substantial that I can really see kitchen wise and what I assume to be a picture of a second bathroom/ensuite but nothing of the main bathroom...
Theres 3 bedrooms...but again I cant see them in detail....
For the price you need to make the viewer on RM want to come and see the property....not imagine what it could look like.in S 38 T 2 F 50

Although there doesn't appear to have been a problem with getting viewings, there's been over 20.
The problem is offers, or lack of, which tends to suggest a price issue, not a lack of pictures issue.0 -
Hi the reason for the price is because we did the kitchen extension and loft conversion and refurbished the whole house.
I agree with the 3rd bedroom photo.
Do we really need to add more photos?0 -

The other issue we have is there are 4 houses on the street/area we are in but all of those need work - time & money (plus stress!).0
