Round 3 done + unloaded WM x 3 on to airer and reloaded bowl with pots ready for later. No point washing any more clothes 'til I've got some dry. No room. The end of the pots is in sight - just DS's protein shake mixer thingie and baking trays left on the side.

    And breathe ...

Ironing from yesterday away; another lot ironed. My 'joy' at the *almost* empty laundry bin is short lived as stuff has left DS's room and been put in. I was going to strip my bed but one more night in those sheets/pillowcases might be a good idea as on occasion I end up with blotchy ginger pillows post-dyeing. But, once DS and GF have levt for Manchester I will strip that bed, instead.

Actually I need to assemble a list...

Back from swimming.. Dot was a prize turd and unless I am superb at grovelling she won't be going again.. while it saves me £26 a month her not going I would like her to learn to swim.

    1 ebeast thing listed..

I am absolutely shattered after that hike.. Squeak fell in a puddle on the way so was soaked, Dot screeched ALL the way back so I was fit to kill her.. and Pixie straggled along behind with her hands in her pockets.

    Cuppa..

Then laundry fiddling, potato peeling and sausage chopping for the sausage casserole.. I REALLY like sausage casserole.. not sure it will be the same with veggie sausages.. :( .. I'll just have an omelette and a mountain of veg again I think.. BOOOOOOOOOOOORRRING!!!!! lol

  • Work done, and I walked the dog as soon as I got home.

Had a lovely shower, now DH is hoovering the stairs and will then be cleaning the inside of the upstairs windows with the kids 'help' :rotfl:

Just about to unload DW, have a quick brew then will do my ebeast listings.

Well done on surviving swimming Piggers xx

Hello flyers, hope you're all ok - I've not had time to read back - if you're not, please accept hugs/spoons etc as required.

Busy busy here, so much travelling including the big smoke this week, but still negotiating my redundancy so I'll carry on.

Quite pleased with the flying I have achieved during the week; today I have got two washloads on the airers, all dailies done, big shop done, two dog walks done and two cars cleaned on the outside. There is a theme there I think.

Just having a cuppa and will then wash the front door down.

Sorry, been AWOL for a few days; Life kinda got in the way.

Been for an interim appt re my new hearing aids; the audiologist could talk for England, but - here's the good bit - I understood every word he said!! :T He's also recommended a bar for us to visit when we go to Dublin for our holiday. :D

I may not be around much next week either - Mr LW has two appts at the horse-piddle on Monday; one at 09:00 for a lung function test, and another at 16:00 for a "sleep study group session" whatever the heck that entails. So I shall be back'n'forth and having to drive (better than him paying £££ in car parking charges) and it's very likely to totally wipe me out.

However..... we have had a major declutter on [STRIKE]old[/STRIKE] ancient paperwork, magazines, gawd knows what else that was lurking in Mr LW's magazine racks. He had two racks beside his desk, and has flung so much that it's condensed down to just one rack. :T So now I have the other rack for my dogsitting paperwork and general animal-related stuff such as my Wolf Print magazines.

I've flung a fair bit of extraneous paper myself; to the point that we may have to put out an extra pink sack this week, just for flung paper!:D I'm carefully removing and shredding anything that identifies us, of course. ;)

But I reckon this is all in keeping with the Flylady ethos, right? :o

Anyways, I don't want you lovely folks worrying, so if I'm not around next week, it's just because I'm exhausted and need to chill rather than try and put coherent posts together, ok? ;)

Oh - still no progress on Slinky-dom. :( I suspect the WiiFit may be telling me porkies.
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)
  • Nice to see you LW xx

Five items listed on eBay :T now just fingers crossed they sell! DH cooking dinner, kiddies will be banished to bed at 6.30 as they are shattered x
