Take hand luggage only. Miss out priority boarding and use an Electron card to pay.
Actually Priority boarding is far cheaper with Ryanair than Easyjet, and for the first time ever I've paid for it
Three reasons.
Going with the gf and she's miffed about me only allowing hand baggage, so don't want to annoy her anymore
I'll avoid the 'scrum' although I usually wait until everyone else has boarded.
Won't have to spend time on the aircraft trying to find somewhere to stash our bags.
Oh, and it only costs £7.60 for the four priority boardings!0 -
Sainsburys do quite a good set of plastic bottles in a reasonably sized plastic bag which i managed to intersperse with a few small Boots plastic travel containers for my toiletries and cosmetics, you could get that for her, does she realise about liquids and gels through security yet..?!0

Surely hand luggage only isn't always an option...0

It is always an option. If you can't live without ten changes of clothes for every day of a holiday, then pay for hold baggage. But many people find it perfectly possible to travel with just 10kg of luggage. From Poland...with love.
They are (they're) sitting on the floor.
Their books are lying on the floor.
The books are sitting just there on the floor.0 -
how did you get priority boarding so cheap? I'm looking to book flights and it's £6 per person return. Also on the packing front we manage 2 weeks holiday abroad with just hand-luggage - so long as there's a washing machine when we get there0

Is it just me or have ryanair started settling EntroPay card transactions in GBP not EUR?
Some flights I ordered in June show up as being settled in euros but ones I ordered this week seem to have gone in sterling.0 -
I don't know how any of you can attempt to justify this b
nonsense. If the fees and expenses and taxes are £52.27 and it's obligitory if you want to travel then to say the flight is £2.79 is a lie. It bares no relation to the actual cost. Anyone that tries to say its not at the very least misleading must have an interest in Ryanair.0 -
?
Don't pick those flights. The cheap ones are the £5 including taxes flights. Those are the ones you want.
Just booked (another) flight to Brno, £10 return all in.0 -

Mine originally show as GBP then change to Euros, last statement shows flights paid for in April were £10 and the amount on the statement is £10.870 -
Hm. I wonder what happens if there is only £10 in the account
