    Sorry, it's for you to show US a draft defence, we can't help with nothing to comment on.

    Use bargepole's defence as a base and add your facts to it. Dead easy, stop flailing, it really is as simple as copying bargepole's template defence (no link given, it's in the example defences and there are two to choose from).

    It's already excruciating - and we have a Defendant who still has no idea how to use the forum, and will struggle at all stages due to wanting links all the time, and could lose the case or overlook the stages due to being unable to see what's here.
