    They won't cancel, hope you realise why the appeal is done? So as not to ignore it completely, to look honest to a Judge.

    Hope you realise this will end up with a Court claim by BW Legal, and you will likely win. You should read other threads, if you are one of the many who seem to expect a 'next step' after this. There isn't one, not until pre-court letters.

    hi everyone
    recieved email, exel are not certain who the driver was and to process appeal correctly they want to instruct to .. notify the driver of the vehicle to appeal to them directly, including their full name and address within 14 days
    anyone had something similar? what to next.?
