Economy Seven Energy reviews: Give your feedback

You didn't have to accept their changes (all of which they were allowed to do in their ts + cs which you accepted when joining them)
(You say you complained about your DD amount and they changed it! Why didn't you ask them to refund the £300 that had built up, or use the DD guarantee if they broke it - you would have been repaid instantly by your Bank)
If you don't want price increases then your mistake was signing up to a variable tariff!
(Arranging to switch doesn't take months - normally done in around 3 weeks)0 -
Be very careful with making any agreements with Economy 7 Energy. I agreed an arrangement of compensation with them following all the problems months ago. They've now decided that they're withdrawing from that arrangement, claiming that I have asked them to do so (I absolutely have not!!!). Will be taking it to the ombudsman service now, asking them to enforce what Economy 7 Energy agreed to via email. Will see what happens!0

Should we be expecting an Ofgem announcement shortly?
Still appearing on the Citizens Advice comparison service, but you can't switch to anyone via them
