I delivered some catalogues to my neighbours today. Having lived here for only a few months, it was nice to say hello to them, and I met some nice people. :cheesy:
:) Thank you to all OPs :)

    HI KatyK

Miglio Jewellery offers a 10% donation to charity through their parties. You can go to their website https://www.miglio.co.uk and contact a consultant - they'll advise of who is working in your local area. You can also get anything in the range for half price, which could be raffled off if you want to raise some extra cash. The range of jewellery is nice and suits all ages. I've personally sold it to everyone from young teenagers to great grandmothers.

    Hope this helps.

Forgot to say - you can also visit https://www.stallfinder.com for local agents of all varieties.

    ADVERTISING

This site is free from advertising. Posts on any board considered to be advertising goods, services and/or companies will be removed. We also do not allow advertising via PM

Examples of this can include anything from a specific sales post or a link to your own website in which you attempt to sell something to someone offering their holiday home to forum members. Unfortunately we cannot allow any advertising of any description no matter how honourable the intention.

This includes the Referrals Board (see below).

If you think you have a genuinely good deal please contact a Board Guide for the board you’d like to post it on. If they agree with you they’ll contact the MSE Team and it will be considered. Any final decision will be that of the MSE Team. Please do not question the response with the Board Guide.

PERSONAL DETAILS AND THE OFFERING OF ITEMS FOR SALE/TRADE/EXCHANGE/SWAP/GIFTS

Please refrain from requesting the exchange of personal details either on the forum, via PM or email; particularly for the purposes of selling/trading/exchanging/swapping or giving as gifts. This includes posting links to your ebay auctions, or other forms of advertising.

If someone appears to be selling items on the board it may be deleted by the board guides/forum team. The aim is to protect site users as however honourable the intention, your safety is paramount

    REFERRAL POSTS

Posts from which site users gain are permitted only on the Referrers Board. This includes links to rpoints etc threads. Any posted elsewhere will be moved to the Referrers Board. Links to the referrals board from the main forums are not allowed.

    This also includes members
saying "Please PM me for code" or "check my post on referrers". The overriding rule is that no advertising is allowed on the main forums.

I do Partylite - have done for nearly 4 years now. I love it, I have the freedom to do what I want when I want with no set targets to reach. In fact I've just had a break of 4 months just to have a rest - I also work full time so I just fancied having the summer evenings to myself. (not much of a summer though!!!)

I'm just kicking off again now and already have dates booked in for September. The Autumn/Winter brochure is always the most popular and there are people who just work during these months to make their money for Christmas and then stop again in the New Year.

I've done other party plan but Partylite is the most flexible I've done and it was free to join and I got a free kit to start me off which had everything in it from brochures, wax, holders and all the paperwork I needed.

Hey everyone Im new saw this thread and had to jump on in.
I also work with partyLite and have done for nearly 2 yrs.

I starting doing party plan because I loved the products and also needed extra income - Im an accountant but been doing it too long and now don't get any satisfaction from it so thought I would try something completely different but part-time which means I can do when suits myself.

Party plan really is hard work if you don't have many contacts as you need to work at getting contacts but the job itself is so easy, great fun, and you ge to meet lots of different people you wouldn't normally meet.

My plan is next year to do this full-time as believe life is too short and we all should be earning good money doing something we enjoy.

There are lots of different party-plan companies so something for everyone, I love the company I work for as they give lots of freebies, lots of exciting promotions which you can go for if you want but no sales targets so entirely up to yourself - at the moment I am aiming for an all expenses paid trip to Malta and looking forward to trying to achieve it.

Its also a fantasic way to pay off debts which was main reason I took other job in first place as got 7kids and needed to try and get extra money but without pushing myself too hard.

Go on try it - nothing to loose! (in some anyway lol)

  • it depends from company to company what commission is paid and what level in the company you are on as well.
A starter in my company would get 20% commission and then earn an extra 5% monthly bonus if reach a certain sales level which is very easy to achieve.
Best way to advertisie again depends if you want national agents or just local - if local do on local websites, shops etc if national then also community websites (just google).
Because it is commission only based - you can't advertise on some places as they don't allow it check the rules before hand.

  • This is a really random question but do you have to register as self employed with ALL party plans?
