Deep breath and think lovely thoughts;):)

Lol I knew I`d be cheered up if I came on here. Is it OK to think how lovely it would be to have a virtual Puff disappear you button?

I think I'm going to borrow this :D

Well my chocolate brownies turned into chocolate cake  could have done with five minutes less time in oven, I've been let down by Mary B :rotfl: of course I had to sample it :D taste ok just not brownie. Should have stuck to my usual almond slices :). Lemon drizzle looks ok

I decided against chicken for dinner as I had some large mushrooms which needed eating, I stuffed with veg and added mozzarella on top. Followed by chocolate cake with my cuppa ;)

Farway hope all goes well tomorrow :)

I'm sure the chocolate cake/brownies will be fine just dust with icing sugar and call them a traybake:). If you think they do need something to moisten them chocolate sugar syrup is easy to make - 2tbsps cocoa, 1 cup granulated sugar and one cup water (few drops of vanilla if you have it). Cook until sugar and cocoa are dissolved then boil for a few minutes until slightly thickened, allow to cool until lukewarm then drizzle as you would for lemon drizzle. :)

Thanks Caronc, think I'll go with the icing sugar idea, the lemon drizzle already has enough sugar in the drizzle :). I just won't tell them they should be brownies :rotfl:

Just to confirm there's no calories in raw cake mix is there?

I used to panic if no bread or crackers in the house but then discovered how quick and easy it was to make flatbread, can use just flour and water but my fave is flour and yoghurt.

Ooooh, how did I not know about this sorcery??!!
