Ooooh, how did I not know about this sorcery??!!
LOL, I thought everybody knew.
I don't do it because I don't eat/like/buy yoghurt, the very thought of it's grossed me out for years.
Keep meaning to try to get the nerve up to buy some tiny pots, to make small 'uns, but you still have to buy tiny pots in packs of four, so it's always "nah".
And this bit:Makes a great pizza base too and the uncooked dough freezes really well.:)
... yeah, but you still have to get round to eating it else it's cluttering up the freezer0 -
Hi lovelies have come over here to talk to some nice folk and calm down a little.first time in all the years Ive been on here got into a dispute and if I don't calm down will be in danger of going to MSE jail, lol am very tempted to let fly with a very naughty version of " ****** Off.
Yeah, I saw that.
Saw what you were saying.
Saw how it was received/responded to ... and backed off.
I get what you meant, they missed the point of the query/message.
I get that all the time with people, it's why I don't do people
You didn't say what they received did you. In your mind you were saying something entirely different to how it was then presented... and there's no way of going back "to explain what you said/meant" once that kicks off0 -
All I have had is a glass of sparkling water with lemon.
I might make a vegan bacon sandwich and have it with lettuce. I haven't had that in a while.
No tomatoes in the fridge to make it a BLT though!:DHi lovelies have come over here to talk to some nice folk and calm down a little.first time in all the years Ive been on here got into a dispute and if I don't calm down will be in danger of going to MSE jail, lol am very tempted to let fly with a very naughty version of " ****** Off.
I try not to engage idiots online anymore.
I used to lose my temper a lot. Now I ignore them.:rotfl:0 -

PN you can buy individual little pots of plain yoghurt it's just they work out a lot more per 100g than the bigger potsLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin0 -
Good morning everyone,
I find that one individual pot or small cup of yoghurt plus 1.5- 2 pots/cups of SR flour makes enough dough for two decent sized thin based pizzas so not too much freezer clutter if you store the spare as a small ball of dough. I use greek yoghurt as that's what I tend to have in.
There was a touch of frost first thing this morning but it's lovely now - I've actually got short sleeves and no cardi on:).
I had to nip to the post box and I'm now just having a cuppa before heading out into the garden to start planting:D.
Scotch egg & salad for lunch and pasta with a portion of ham & veg sauce from the freezer for dinner tonight.0 -
I had a Quorn fish thing with half a wholemeal bagel and a salad for lunch.
The salad was cucumber, spring onions and green olives with dried dill, lemon juice and sea salt. I sat outside for a while as it is lovely out there.:A2025 GOALS

So far today:
A boiled egg and crisp sandwich + the remainder of the bag of crisps
A mini cheesecake.
Not sure what I'll have later, might be the last of the chips, or it might be toast.0 -
Good evening everyone,
I got a good bit done in the garden today and also had a nice sit in the sunshine with my sis who popped by for a cuppa and a catch up.I hope to get cracking on with the flower planting again tomorrow as the forecast is looking promising.:) At this time of year when the weather is good housework and anything more than basic cooking takes a back seat, though I will make more bread later in the week. My dust will still be there when the weather breaks:rotfl:.
Ham & veg sauce has defrosted so that just needs heating up and some pasta cooked. I've taken a chicken portion & a piece of chorizo out to defrost for tomorrow to make a chorizo, rice, veg and chicken stew. If I'm organised in the morning I'll prep and pop it in the slow cooker, if not it doesn't take long on the stove in the evening.:)0 -
Gorg day here too:DHave been continuing to declutter, n the car is now full of black bags , ready for the tip:D
Not sure what to have for tea yet, might have a low fat cheese omelette n salad later.:p or have half a dosa from yesterday to finish
CARONC how do you make that pizza dough?Do you have to prove it?:D"You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf"
