    Good morning everyone,

It's still tipping it down but the fierce winds have eased before round 2 arrives tomorrow when we have another weather warning. DS1, DIL and DGD's flight was only delayed by just under an hour, touch down was on the bumpy side but otherwise fine.

More admin to tackle today and for the next few weeks so will get the daily chores out of the way and crack on with that. LO soup for lunch. Omelette with salad and AF chips for dinner.

I took a bus up to @ldi this morning to get some veg , thankfully I got there and back before the rain arrived.

Salad stuff needed to be used up so prawn salad with a crusty bread roll for lunch.

Decided I wanted braised red cabbage for a change so got some on the go in the SC. Hopefully it will be ready in time for dinner to have with a leftover pork & apple burger and some brussel sprouts
