I've had a banana and my husband brought home some fresh bread from the Co-op so I had some of that with some tomatoes and a thin layer of mayo.

Back to drizzle rain, into L's, nothing jumping out "buy me"

Note for PN, my L's is going "posh", has mini kids shopping trolleys, with flag on top, just like W/rose etc enticing kiddies in
i went looking for L's own English mustard, none, only the C'mans stuff, and no Tartare sauce either:mad:
L must have spent the money on mini trolleys chasing after after yummy mummies money & not tight old gits dosh;)

And I forgot to get some milk:mad:

    Lunch was fried egg sarnie

Bunged the ham chunk in the oven, should be ready mid afternoon
I'll have some for dinner, not sure how that will be served, but not with English Mustard, a p0x on L's buyers

Brambling, can't say I could taste any difference with the chips, which was one reason I hoped to find the smoked version
Now what is this golden vinegar? Is it this? https://www.waitrose.com/ecom/products/aspall-golden-malt-vinegar/656792-496448-496449
Now you can look up MoTs online, and all the history, I can see I've done 1800 miles since my last MoT.

Thanks PN, Everyday is a school day, I never knew you could look that up

Yesterday morning I did a laundry dash, it's over the road from 4ldi, so I tend to get the stuff in the machine at 7.55am, then walk over the road where they've just opened... perchance a bargain.

As usual, nothing of any significance, I did hope for something in the meat aisle (bit of mince or something).... but no joy.

I did manage to get a 2.5Kg bag of Maris Piper spuds, 500Kg of carrots and a pack of two naans with half price stickers on.

So, Spuds, carrots, naan, a loaf of bread, 10 eggs, packet of chocolate coated oat biscuits. £2.96.

Yesterday I had the two naans, topped with tomatoes/cheese... and most of the biscuits are gone.

    Today I've just eaten biscuits.

Ham's out, I oiked up the gas for last half hour to crisp up the crackling, looks tempting as I let it cool a bit

Decided I CBA to anymore than a warm ham sarnie for dinner, with last of the French mustard with seeds in from L's, at least It'll make a bit of space once jar's empty

The last Wagon Wheel fell off this afternoon:o

The stale bread is building up, looking like bread pud on the way having forgotten to get milk so B & B pud unlikely

If I'm you PN can you go to work next week instead :D. I've got a service plan but I still had to pay for MOT, tyre and new wipers :(

That's the vinegar Farway, a friend gave me a bottle I'm told it tastes like proper chip shop vinegar  I haven't compared it to malt vinegar

I have gammon envy Farway, I did hover over a big piece YS in W*itrose earlier in the week but decided too big for me and no room in freezer to divide.

Lunch was the mini quiches made last night with salad and them I picked all afternoon on carp :( dinner was a crusty bread roll with marmalade and cheddar really cba tonight
