Out early to podiatrist, plus prescription collect and a mooch round Morries. It's a glorious bright, warm autumn day, ideal for drying flat roofs to the East of me 😉

No big bargains in Morries, but I did fall for a M Mowbray pork pie on offer, plus YS haddock fish cakes & sausage rolls, oh and some jam doughnuts 😂 Not the healthiest of hauls was it?

Lunch, couple of YS sausage rolls, with brown sauce jus. 😁

Dinner, YS Haddock fish cakes + AF chips & frozen peas

There’s a bit more cloud around today but still feeling quite mild and thankfully no wind or rain.

I used the last courgette and a couple of handfuls of ss peas to make soup this morning, it’s a nicer shade of green this time and I’m about to have a bowlful for lunch.

I had a walk around town this morning, got a nice piece of tuna from the fishmonger and some salsa brava from the spanish deli as I thought I’d make patatas bravas to go with pan fried tuna tonight.

I had a toastie this morning before I went out for a walk. It is a beautiful day and Old Leigh was very busy with tourists. I bought a fresh juice while I was out, watermelon, lime and pomegranate. Really tasty!
