That sounds delicious Suzeesu thank you, I’ll definitely give that a try next month.
Nice sunny morning here but there is a chance of rain this afternoon. I took a quick trip to aldi as I wanted some more salad stuff; I also like their sachets of couscous, got the spice infusion this time.
Lunch is a falafel wrap again.
Dinner - there is some potato salad to use and I’ll do a chicken, white bean, sweetcorn and jalapeno salad to go with it.

Petworth again today, I've been helping covering holidays, another shift Wednesday then back to usual every other Saturday until half term. It was busy again today which is good, probably because it was dry and cooler
I forgot to organise lunch for today so grabbed blue cheese, crackers and grapes.
AF fried chicken with coleslaw, sweet potato fries and salad for dinner

Lovely and sunny here this morning. Packed a sandwich, which used the end of the coleslaw, and went to meet family for a short walk. Nearly got rained on (we took cover for a few minutes) and thought the load of bedding I had washed would have to go on the airer but the sun came back out and there was a decent breeze so all dried quite quickly. Tomorrow looks like last decent day for a while so need to get the towels done.
Early tea of egg fried rice with sad mushrooms, pak choi and LO Chinese pork belly, before going out this evening - there was wine and cake 😉
