Rain on & off, not complaining after the dry, a nice change.
The lamb, not good, been too long in freezer, so dry and a bit cardboard texture. Now wondering if I bunged it in a curry, or pie / casserole, will I just get same texture but different flavour? It's in fridge at the moment while I ponder my options.
The burnt jam pan is improving, soaked & boiled, nearly there.
If the pan gets sorted I may stew the HG apples I picked, they are not good keepers so need using PDQ. previous years i stew & freeze so I expect same this year
Lunch, cheese & sliced onion sandwhich
Dinner, TBD, not lamb unfortunately. I have some YS mushrooms to use up, so they will figure somewhere
