It was pleasant when I went for my prescription earlier, but now it's oppressive & baking. Thank heavens i sorted the F/F out, I had a cold fizzy pop when i got back home,I'm not one who often chooses that type of drink, but it was very welcome.
Lunch, also last 50p pasty, actually they are not too bad for 50P and fair value, I'll buy again, and they freeze.
Dinner, repeat, fried salmon fillet, LO mash + salad. The on offer salmon fillet is one half side sliced into four, which is what i would do, just saved me the bother and at less cost

I need to pick up my prescription later too. It isn’t so hot here today, thank goodness.
I had a yoghurt and then a cream cheese sandwich. I’m going to see what needs using up from the freezer for dinner and have it with a big salad. I have some marinated artichokes too, yum.0
