Thanks for the well wishes I am feeling slightly better today but it will be a lazy day in front of the TV.
I've had half a honeydew melon so far today, I'm still craving something sweet and it has been ripening in the fruit bowl all week so was perfect today.
I have some cooked chicken defrosting as well as a small lump of leftover pastry, I'll saute some wrinkly mushrooms, make a quick sauce, throw everything together and have a chicken & mushroom pot pie later today.

Good afternoon everyone,
I'm glad you are feeling a bit better N2BT.
I don't think I'm going to get any toms this year and the cues aren't doing much either!
I've had a very lazy morning, my sis collected Ari first thing on her way back from work and I fell back into a really deep sleep only rousing well after 10.30am when my phone went. Dread to think how long I might have snoozed for if it hadn't. A leisurely shower followed and now it's almost lunch time! It's tipping it down and chilly so a day for the house I think. Fridge bits for lunch. For dinner I'm going to spatchcock a chicken to make peri peri chicken. We'll have some of that with spicy grains, sweet potato, HM coleslaw and salad.

Glad you feel better.
I have had toast with Flora and a yoghurt. I have a fresh pineapple that I will chop up and have as a snack.
