Cooking for one (Mark Three)

London was unbearable yesterday. My husband told me the wrong Pizza Express restaurant so I had to walk about for 20 mins so I got even hotter and then the restaurant didn’t have any air conditioning!

I was glad to get back to my hotel and rest last night. I had doughballs and pizza last night for dinner and I have just had some fruit. I’m going out for lunch before I get the train home. It is meant to be much cooler today, thankfully.

Still hot & uncomfortable last night, burning sun again today.

Asda delivery arrived,one minor sub, and the choc ices are in there 😀, with a taste test this afternoon

Lunch, no cook salad sarnie

Dinner, Bought some Cod bite things as a part of an offer, new one on me, so may AF some for dinner, I'm guessing sort of round fish fingers

Good morning everyone,

I'm a fair skinned red head though will take a gradual tan if I'm careful but burn very easily.

It's to reach the low 20s here today which is as high as I can cope with and still function. I'm off to my sister's for lunch her living area gets the sun late in the day so should be relatively cool. We're meeting up with relatives who we haven't had a catch up in ages as they moved away just at the end of Covid. Suspect dinner will not be required tonight.
