Still hanging onto the warm weather here, so enjoying it while it's here
Up to Morries first thing, just bread, salad bits and a mooch. Nothing too exciting there, but did get some YS MFO RMs to freeze, just for standbys
Lunch, cheese & onion sandwich with new loaf
Dinner, It's use ups. Grilled Use UP bacon, eggs & may do some frozen AF chips to go with them

It’s been one of those days when my patience has been tested and the best laid plans have had to be extremely flexible due to circumstances and situations way out of my control.
I had a very late lunch of falafel, hummus, salad, and pickled shallot all stuffed into a pitta bread.
An easy dinner tonight as I cba cooking much, there’s some baby potatoes that need using, I’ll have chunky fish fingers and peas from the freezer plus a dollop of tartare sauce.
Yesterday's turkey “swiss roll thingy” aka ballotine (I remembered the word this morning 😆) turned out better than I could have hoped and I will definitely try something similar again.

Such a different weather day today, much colder, grey and a bit rainy. It seems to have been a very long short week but there has been quite a bit going on, looking forward to a catch up WFH day tomorrow.
Was organised yesterday evening and made some feta, olive and tomato couscous to pop in a lunchbox to take into the office today. Prawn, broccoli and baby corn Thai red curry with noodles tonight.

I've had one of those days too N2BT mine was due to a visit with EF her latest decisions may drive me to drink! And definitely to a load more telephone calls, she's not impressed I told her it would need to wait until next week as I can't make calls whilst volunteering on Friday.
Another lovely day got both my bedding and towels washed and lined dried and bedding back on the bed, I just got back after 5pm when the temperature dropped and it got very dark.
scrambled egg on toast for lunch. Korean chicken rice bowl with broccoli and pickled cucumber. Whilst the oven was on I made ratatouille a little more than planned 🙄 which will make a easy dinner tomorrow.Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin1 -
Turned cooler today, but still dry
Lunch, another cheese & onion sarnie I think, nice & easy
Dinner, torn, I have some of the Easter fresh veg offer to use, and some salad as well. Thinking so far is roast Easter veg as it's cooler weather. Things may change

Good morning everyone,
Hope you have less frustrating days today N2BT and Brambling.
Cold but dry here though rain is forecast for later.
Finally got the last of the salmon vac packed, We are well stocked to say the least! It's Hector's birthday today so as a treat I've cooked him a small end piece for his dinner. Tesco are due later, a surprisingly big order but we are short on fresh stuff, basics and household bits so needs must. LO chicken and grains for lunch. Dinner is tbc.

Looks like a nice sunny day again. It isn't as warm, though. I have a group class and then I'm meeting my friend for dinner and the cinema tonight. I might see if anyone from the class wants to go to the beach afterwards. I have had avo on toast.

Much better day for me today thanks Caronc and hope Brambling’s has improved too. Although yesterday afternoon got better when I caught a glimpse of the Spitfire90 flight as it made its way up the east coast from Leuchars to Lossie.
Lunch today is prawn salad with all sorts of added bits to use up.
I thought I would try out aldi’s thai green curry paste tonight. I've never bought it before but early indications seem to be good. I’m using a large chicken breast and a few different veg so am hoping to get two portions out of it.

Another busy day that flew by, caught up a bit more but didn’t get the bigger tasks I wanted to look at started.
Filled pasta with tuna, sweetcorn and sun dried tomatoes for lunch. Sausage and spinach gnocchi tonight, with a 🍷
