Good morning everyone,
Have I missed your birthday Wednesday?
Back to grey and wet this morning.
DS2's plane was delayed so he was later home than expected, he's a tired teddy this morning and I'm sure he could see work far enough. Seems to have had a really good time though exploring the city.
Shocking fire in Glasgow, my nephew was just about to head to Central to get a train to his GF's when it all kicked off but he thankfully managed to just avoid getting caught up in it.
I've physio at lunch time, the bruising from falling has pretty much gone so I'm hoping today's session won't be quite as gruelling. 🤞 Tesco are due later but apart from that, the usual domestics and a bit of admin I've no plans.
Fridge gravel for lunch and I've made the base for chicken and chorizo soup for dinner.

Dull & misty, but mild, so at least saving on some gas heating. With the recent news I'm very glad I fixed gas price during the recent MSE offer
Lunch, cheese salad bits sandwich
Dinner, MFO RM, Spinach & ricotta cannelloni

Caronc - yes it was last week, I'm 50 years old now!
I'm feeling older than 50 today as I hurt my back last week. It is quite bruised. I had to cancel my Qigong class as that would not be a good idea in my condition. I am debating whether to go to my class tonight as well.
I have had a bowl of blueberries. I am going to reheat a croissant I bought yesterday in London and have it with Flora and jam.

Belated birthday wishes Wednesday, hope your back eases up soon.
The fire at Glasgow Central sounds horrendous Caronc, it’s difficult to imagine the amount of disruption that will cause as well as the destruction of business’ and beautiful old buildings in that area.
Farway I love eggs but doubt I could have consumed the amount you did yesterday, hope you dont suffer any after effects 😉
Lunch was a ham and tomato sandwich and for dinner there’s some leftover boulangere potatoes and I’ll grill a couple of pork and leek sausages from my local butcher to have with them.

Ooh, belated birthday wishes, Wednesday - all the best people turn 50 this year 😉
Hope you enjoyed your non traditional Sunday dinner, Farway - that’s the joy of CFO!
Quiche, baked beans and bread and butter for lunch. Forgot to defrost anything for dinner so just made my take on Nigella’s gemelli with tomatoes, anchovies and mascarpone, served with green beans.
