Another nice & sunny day, could cloud over for the weekend, but pleasant while it lasts

The ornamental cherry & a large magnolia are out near me, with the blue sky it certainly is big improvement on the non stop rain we've had

Hope stroke patient recovers well Brambling. Always a shock, especially when the person is younger

    Lunch, another BLT

Dinner, with the sun I think a last fling salad, found a near dated small tin of Red Salmon, so splurge on that with nuked jacket spud & salad stuff

Soup from the freezer for lunch and more freezer diving for dinner with a portion of my hm chicken plate pie, mashed potatoes and sweetcorn.

It is another lovely day here. I’m off to Bournemouth today. I just had a cooked breakfast at a cafe.

lovely picture Wednesday, I hope you are enjoying Bournemouth and you had as nice weather as we did.

An email by WS council helped to explain my asthma issues this week, it seems we have bad air quality due to be worst tomorrow 🙄 I believe it's due to Saharan dust! We are warned if we have breathing issues to stay indoors.

I did ignore the stay indoors warning and went to Tesco this morning although my menu planning may go out the window due to a possible change of plans this weekend.

I sat through a webinar this afternoon for NT 2nd hand bookshop volunteers I can see why it has ruffled a few feathers.

Mozzarella and tomato salad for lunch with a crunchy roll. Thick pork chop from the freezer for dinner with new potatoes, carrots, broccoli and french beans

There was a warning earlier this week, but good, or bad, news is French rain is on it's way midday 😁, so the dust will be on your windows & car soon🤔 DD is flying to Gozo on Saturday, and they also have a dust warning.

Lunch, last of the b in a BLT sandwich

Dinner, MFO RM veg lasagne, with use up HM cauli cheese

    Good morning everyone,

After yesterday's rain and gloom there was a heavy frost here this morning and it's lovely and bright now though still only just above freezing.

Domestic bits to do this afternoon after a morning of admin catch up.

Gosh Sweet potato and pepper pakoras with salad for lunch. Savoury mince with root veg mash and calvo nero for dinner.

Very chilly here this morning as well, it’s a bit cloudy although the sun is trying hard to get through now.

I’ve done a quick swish & swipe around the kitchen and bathroom, took the rubbish out and am now slipping into relaxed mode. There won't be much cooking going on today, I’ll enjoy a RM curry from the freezer and m&s ys items.

Lunch - Onion bhajis, salad and hm dipping sauce.

Dinner - Chicken & squash curry, pilau rice, mini naan

I ate out for dinner yesterday and we went back to the same restaurant for lunch today. I had the same lasagne dish both times.

It is rainy and feels chillier today. I’m going out for dinner with my friends tonight.

Really cold and wet here today, such a change from the last couple of days of bright sunshine and milder temperatures.

MIA for a couple of days as have been assisting to CF Many for a fund raising event, did get fed 😋

Back to work today but at home so a good catch up day done ready for more chaos from Monday.

LO central for today’s meals - egg mayo sandwich (I went out for fresh bread) with cherry tomatoes for lunch. Chicken casserole, mash, carrots and cabbage for tea.

No breakfast but a early lunch of a bacon and egg roll,

Korean chicken thighs for dinner with sticky rice, tenderstem broccoli, pickled vegetables and pickle cucumber
