Good morning everyone,
Dry, sunny and cold here.
Just enjoying a quick cuppa before I go and meet up with my ex-neighbour for a natter. I'll probably just have a cuppa when I'm out so lunch will most be likely more HM soup when I get back. Dinner tonight is jerk spiced salmon with roasted peppers, onions, sweet potatoes and some crispy kale.1 -

There was a very heavy frost this morning which hung around most of the day. The cold air was horrid and gave me a sore head whilst walking around town.
I was glad to get home and have another portion of the curried b/nut squash soup for lunch.
Whilst tidying the freezer I found a piece of feta and had some spinach to use up so added some black olives & sundried tomatoes to make a filling for cannelloni, I’ll also do some hm garlic bread to go with it.
