I felt tired today so other than my walks not a lot has been done. My sister dropped in for a cuppa this evening and put my wheelie bin out.I used the last of the tuna mayo with added spring onion and chopped red pepper in a sandwich for lunch.I wasn't that hungry tonight so just had an apple with cheese and crackers and some berries for dinnerLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin1

Good morning everyone,
Sunny but cooler here today.
Still not feeling 100% so another gentle day but definitely on the mend just need my balance to stop playing silly beggars!
August for various reasons has been a very spendy month so will need to do some money shuffling next pay day. DS2 has just ordered much needed new stones for the front, it's a deceptively big area to cover, and thankfully that should pretty much be the last of the big garden outlays for this year.
LO tandoori style chicken and salad for lunch. Usual Friday tbc for dinner.0 -
I didn't have any breakfast before I went out so I bought a sandwich from Waitrose on the way home. It feels much cooler. My kitchen is only 18.2025 GOALS

Hope you have an enjoyable break JKS, shame the weather has changed a bit but selfishly I’m happy with the drop in temp.
Now that the schools are back I’ve noticed that the clothes shops are putting out their autumnal ranges so I had a mooch around and got myself a long sleeve blouse and a cardi, the purchase also brought a 15% off next purchase so I’ll be going back soon.
Lunch was last night’s leftovers and tonight from the freezer I’ll use up the last piece of broccoli & stilton quiche, the last handful of oven chips and some coleslaw.
