Went for a walk early on, slightly overcast and a chilly breeze causing quite a drop in temp compared to yesterday’s warm sunshine.
Did a tidy/reorganisation of freezer stock and updated my inventory, strange how there always seems to be stuff in there that’s not on my list
Lunch today is the rest of the wiltshire ham with salad.
Tonight I’m trying out a new to me way of doing my fish, I’ll try anything once https://www.recipetineats.com/marinated-fish-tacos/Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61

Good morning everyone,
I like the sound of that taco recipe N2BT, we are having tacos next week but just the bog standard mince version.
Cloudy, windy and decidedly cooler her today.
New hoover is the business lol, though after Hector and Frank were up the woods yesterday evening the floors are needing doing again today!
Greek pie and a good chuck of the vat of soup were demolished. I had made around 4l which fed us last night, portions went home with Ds1 and DIL2B and there's enough for lunch for us both today. Not bad for basically an onion, 2 tins of tomatoes and some rice.Dinner will be the usual Friday tbc.

The new bathroom radiator is being fitted today. We got up for 8 but now he is coming at 12. Grr.
I had a quick nap on the sofa and just woke up and had a toasted bagel with cheese and tomato.1 -
Made it to Friday 🙃
Warm and breezy here today, load of towels dried on the line.
Mezze for lunch - opened one of the tins of Lidl vine leaves and had some with olives, feta, pitta, houmous and cucumber sticks.
Prawn, pepper and pea egg fried rice tonight.1
