Dull with a breeze and rain maybe later, still quite warm though

I was going to start on my Asda list, but they're mucking around “improving” the website, so as fast as I add something to the basket it vanishes, as has my regular delivery slot  :(

At least they've recognised the problems, added a free £5 voucher and a free delivery ticket.
I don't need anything really for a while, so not a problem
And a Premium Bond won again, so generally all's well

    Lunch, another BLT sarnie
Dinner, warmed up smoked mackerel fillets, with salad bits

    Good morning everyone,
Still raining here but supposed to dry up this afternoon. I hope it does as DS2's mates are getting married. It's a low key do with just a few of them going to the civil service and then for dinner afterwards but would be good if they didn't get drenched. Pooches have been walked so they can just make do with the garden for the rest of the day.
I've a wodge of corned beef plate pie from the cafe along from where we were staying recently defrosted for either lunch or dinner and there chicken LO from my bung in last night so I'll just need to decide what I fancy when meals wise. DS2 may or may not need feeding this evening but will sort himself out.

I slept in and have just had a sandwich when I woke up. It feels much cooler and there is a nice breeze in the house. I have lots of fresh fruit so I'm going to make a fruit salad to go in the fridge to dip into when I want.

A lazy day here, went grocery shopping but other than that just pottering and watching tennis.

Last of the smoked houmous with toasted pitta, olives, cucumber and carrot sticks for lunch. Satay chicken skewers with salad and new potatoes tonight, made a lovely sweet chilli dressing for the salad 😋

I had 2 M&S sparks 20% off vouchers (undies/ sleepwear and woman's clothes) and a 'we're sorry for inconvenience' 20% off the total voucher from them so my sister and I went to the large M&S in Shoreham.  I didn't expect them to accepted all vouchers together but they did I just need to work out the maths to see what my sister owes me 🤨 to complicate the maths they had a in store 20% off nightmare.

It seems we had heavy rain whilst we were shopping, the day afterwards was pleasantly cool.

We grabbed a sandwich out, there was a 30 min wait for hot food and it was already after 1.30pm

LO orzo and meatballs for dinner

I thought Shoreham looked quite nice when we went past on the bus. Do you like that area Brambling?

I just had some strawberries and water as I'm not that hungry at the moment. I have a class this morning so I might bring an energy bar and a banana with me.

    Good afternoon everyone,
    Autumn for pickling onions itsthelittlethings.
    Thundery showers here.
DS2 had a great time at the wedding and they managed not to get soaked. There was just 7 of them so very low key and I think DS2 enjoyed that more the lavish ones.
My sis is coming for dinner, I making ribs and wings with various sides. It would be nice to have been able to cook/eat outdoors but we'll be dry and/or midge free in the conservatory.
