Sea was a flat calm this morning but sadly no dolphin activity, there was some noisy bgr on a jet ski yesterday early evening may have scared them off for a bit.

Portion of carrot & coriander soup for lunch.

Got a chilli con carne on to cook for tonight's dinner, early tasting indicates I may have been a tad generous with the spices :* , I'll see how it settles before I attempt any adjustments.

Work seemed to fly by today. Lovely sunny day but was comfortably cool inside.

Pitta, houmous, olives, cucumber and carrot sticks for lunch.

Swimming after work then did a big watering of the pots.

Salmon with pesto pasta, green beans and peas tonight.

I woke during the night with tinnitus on full volume and deaf in my right ear, I don't think it's a cold but could be sinuses I have my pre op on Thursday so I'm hoping it's sinus.  I slept this afternoon trying to catch up on lost sleep but unfortunately I'm still living with the noisy deafness!

Cheese and tomato roll for lunch.

Dinner LO salmon, rice and vegetables

    Oh no Brambling.

I had a nice time in Brighton although it was very busy as it was the London to Brighton bike ride and it ended right by our Airbnb. We got the train to Worthing on Sunday to look around as I had never been there before and we got the bus back along the sea front. I ate out so much.

I just had peanut butter on toast and I'm going to make a smoothie before I go out. It looks like it is going to be hot.

Hot & sunny, after another restless night
I'm snuffly & eyes itching, and a slight sore throat, could be hay fever with high pollen count, or just Summer Lurgy

Brighton & Worthing, chalk & cheese, but each has its own attractions.
The coastal bus is a good outing on its own, places you'd normally never see

I did some digging yesterday & regretting it today, back hurt problems. Had hope to do some watering, but I think it'll be in a chair only today.

    Lunch, cheese toastie
    Dinner,??? Something from freezer, pizza?

Farway - We went on a bus around Cornwall when we were there last year and you do get a much better impression of an area by bus rather than train. :)

In the office in the big city today. Looked like a nice day when I left the house but it had got really warm by lunchtime when I wandered into town. Found a lovely Vietnamese chicken salad from a street food vendor for lunch 😋

Quiche, salad, new potatoes and coleslaw tonight.

I'm glad you had a good trip to Sussex Wednesday

I've done very little today, I didn't sleep well a combination of sleeping yesterday afternoon, the heat and tinnitus so a reading and catching up on some TV day. I didn't sleep well find myself dozing off at 5pm so made myself get up and do something.

I didn't sleep well go to the chemist and picked up a spray for my sinuses, I've managed to spray my face and glasses every time I've used it as I forget yo take my finger off the press down button when I remove from my nostrils 🙄

Sausage sandwich for lunch,I had some chipolatas in the freezer.  I cba to cook so tuna mayo salad for lunch with new potatoes
