Chilly start this morning, nice and sunny though there is still a bit of a chilly breeze coming off the sea. Caught up on some domestic chores and washing out this morning.

I froze half of the tuna quiche and saved a piece to have for lunch with a tomato salad.

HM pizza tonight with salami, olives and pickled jalapenos.

Typically a lovely sunny day for back to work today. Managed a walk at lunchtime so topped up the vitamin D a bit ☀️😀

Smoked houmous, pitta bread, olives, feta, carrot and red pepper sticks for lunch. Sausage and spinach gnocchi tonight 😋

    Good morning everyone,
Overcast and cool here today. I'm hoping the forecast that it will stay dry holds as yesterday I swapped duvets and washed both the heavier duvet and my mattress topper.
Just me and Hector until this evening as DS2 left early to head to a site visit in North Yorkshire. He's coming back via Glasgow where he's picking up Frank for an overnight stay.
Lunch is tbc probably soup or cottage cheese salad. Tonight it's JO's salmon in a bag with various veg and sweet potato wedges.

Sunny spells and wind has dropped and supposed to be getting warmer

Asda delivery arrived, one sub, Anchor butter instead of Asda's own, I can live with that, even though Anchor is 200g & Asda is 250G

Lunch, something TBD in a sandwich
Dinner, defrosting a roast chicken leg, with jacket spud & salad

It is quite chilly here. I just went for a massage and I had wholemeal toast and Flora before I left. I made a pineapple and orange smoothie when I got home.

I bought a baton to have with my leftover lentil and butternut squash soup. I'm having curry tonight.

Overcast here too, but still pleasant enough walking about town to the bank and the butcher.

    Leftover pizza for lunch.

Lamb kofta tonight with tzatziki and feta & pomegranate couscous.

Out and about today so just a Tesco tuna sandwich for lunch.

Just made mushroom risotto, had half with smoked salmon and broccoli. Other half will be going in the freezer.

Birthday dinner last night so forgot to post 🙂

Ocardo delivery this morning, he called fifteen minutes early to ask if he could deliver, all present and correct. When I tweaked it yesterday there were a lot of flash sales (40% off) and some coupons I did read somewhere it was due to the M&S IT issues. They were shorter dates but I can freeze, I picked up monkfish and chicken thigh fillets 40% off and brought some salmon fillets, 4 chicken legs and posh sausages for my sister.  His lordships food was on offer so it was cheaper and easier to add to the list.

i dropped the groceries off at my sisters before popping out tonight

I started to tackle under the stairs but it's not kind on the hip 😕 so it's do a bit and sit down etc so only half done and the place is currently a mess and I still haven't found what I thought was in there 🙄

ham and cheese roll for lunch with a tomato salad.  Chicken soup from the freezer for dinner with some lurking LO cooked veg added to it

It also is one of those name your own salary jobs, and with M & S example one can see why
