Good morning everyone,
Glad lurgy has passed Farway
Brambling, legs and 1/2 legs of lamb are now of offer at Tesco.
Sunshine and blustery showers here today.
Nothing much planned apart from some chores. Ari goes home this evening so will wait until tomorrow to hoover and mop through. I've my Easter Sunday menu sorted out. Nothing too onerous but for once I'm making dessert St Émilion au Chocolat – Phil's Home Kitchen though will need to make the macaroons as can only find soft amaretti biscuits locally.
Fridge bits for lunch and Chicken Shawarma with Greek pita, salad and sweet potatoes for dinner.
