It is absolutely beautiful weather here. I'm at the train station going into London for lunch and the tide is in. I only had a smoothie as I was trying to pace myself!

Lovely sunny day after a cold start
Went out early, collect prescription and water some pots at the volunteer place, plus YS mooch around the Co-op
Just YS organic carrots, which look OK

    Lunch was fried egg sarnie
Dinner, salad, probably with tinned ham
Weather due to cool so may as well take the opportunity with salad

Was out for tea last night so just some assembly of couscous, feta and various fridge bits for lunch yesterday (not sure we class pouring boiling water over couscous as cooking…)

Bread and cheese for lunch today with tomatoes and cucumber sticks. Sausage and spinach gnocchi tonight. Had to use some strong  cheddar as completely forgot to buy Parmesan 🙄

Thanks Caronc I didn't think of doing that 🙂

I met friends in Chichester for lunch today, the trains weren't running on time but at least they were just running late as several were cancelled.  It was a good catch up, a sunny day a d I didn't have to pay for lunch 🙂

After a nice lunch out I only needed cheese and fruit for dinner

More sunshine, but could be the last of it

I've just realised it's Easter next weekend :o , I knew of course, but it seems to have suddenly rushed up.

Lunch, cheese & sliced onion sandwich
Dinner, another salad while sun shines

Slightly cooler but not a cloud in the sky, there must be a "Treasure or Easter Egg Hunt" on at the moment, load of families out having fun with checklists and small baskets  B)

Lunch is a lorne sausage roll with brown sauce.

I have salmon marinating in a teriyaki sauce for tonight and I'll do some brown rice, stir fried beansprouts and kale to go with it.

I was very full up from lunch yesterday so I only had a snack when I got home. I woke up hungry this morning so I had two of the veggie sausage rolls I had in the fridge. I prefer them cold. :)

    Good afternoon everyone,
Another one on the hummus today. My DIL2B recently introduced to smoked hummus (Sainsbury's) and it's really rather moreish.
Hazy sunshine here, the weather is due to break this evening but it should hold until after the wedding photos. DS2 has just left to walk round to the church. He's looking rather dapper in his kilt and sporran but my it's a faff to put it all together!
First proper play with my air fryer worked well last night though I slightly overcooked the chicken wings so they were a bit dry. Nothing a splodge of Perinnaise didn't rectify.
Hummus, crackers and salad for lunch. Dinner is tbc I'll see what fancy making later and there's plenty of bits and bobs of frozen LOs so may well be a bung together if inspiration doesn't strike.

Also on houmous today, had it with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives, rocket, feta and toasted pitta for lunch. I tried the Lidl smoked houmous a few weeks ago, was lovely 😋

Made chicken and chorizo jambalaya tonight, there are LOs for another meal…
