    Good morning everyone,
Thanks for the T&M link Farway. :)
Another frosty start and cold, sunny day.
I've woke up with a runny nose and feel rather bunged, not sure if it's a slight cold or hay fever. Time will tell.
Apart from cleaning bathroom and putting away my Tesco order I've nothing planned so might take advantage of the sunshine a top up my vitamin D if it's not too cold to potter about outside.
Fridge bits for lunch. Usual Friday tbc for dinner.

I saw the moon, quite a sight. Also half of the eclipse before it set behind the hill at back of us. There is another one in Sept Farway you may have better luck with that one.

Because I was up early managed to get a load through the washing machine and out before I left to meet a friend for coffee, had a mooch around the charity shops, picking up a few dvd's to watch when weather and tv are rubbish.

Had some leftover fajitas for lunch and I'll do a chicken and leek risotto tonight with some asparagus on the side.

I may look at the link as well Farway although I haven't really planned for the garden this year because of my op. My sister may do the tomatoes in my greenhouse

Volunteering day for me in town but it wasn't too busy so I finished just after 4pm and had time to go to the building society to sort a fixed ISA which finishes next week.

LO AF  chicken with coleslaw in a roll for lunch. Freezer rummage produced vegetable chilli for dinner

Weather trying to decide, sun or cloud. If sun, I may potter and get some begonia tubers potted up.

It's use up day for meals today. I'm over DS for DGS birthday gathering tomorrow, so want to use up before it goes over.

    Lunch, something in a sandwich
Diner, mushrooms need using, maybe omelette & chips?

It is sunny here, but feels a bit chilly. I just put the heating on for an hour.

I had a chai latte and mashed avocado on toast. I need to go out to buy a few bits. I was going to eat out at a restaurant today, but I might just buy some food. I know Waitrose does a nice curry in a bag that I haven't tried before so I might go there.

I bought a sandwich in Waitrose for lunch that I hadn't tried before. Very nice. The curry in the bag was for two people and dated the 18th and I'm eating out tomorrow and Monday so I didn't buy it. I fancied curry by that point 😁 so I bought a Tikka Masala ready meal. I will add the leftover chickpeas and steam some carrots and cauliflower to bulk it out.

Lovely day even if a bit chilly it meant a steady stream of visitors at Petworth. Busy but not manic so a good day.

Dinner tonight with old work colleagues my ex manager booked for 6pm by mistake so it was a bit of a rush getting home and changed and back out again, the pub is 25 minutes away.  My turn to drive my colleague who lives a couple of miles from me, she got her husband to drop her off at mine to save me having to drive across town and then coming back in this direction so I wasn't as rushed as I could have been. My old manager is retiring and it seems my replacement is hopeless so things are going to get worst, I don't miss work 😁 I was asked if I wanted to go back!

Salmon salad for lunch. Some very nice pork belly for dinner 😋 with crème brûlée for dessert
