Good morning everyone,
Windy but sunny here today. If it wasn't for the bitter wind it would feel almost Spring like. There are some leaves blowing across the slabs in the gusts and Hector is amusing himself chasing them!
Under sink cupboard is now speck and span.
General housework on the agenda today and I need to finalise tomorrow's Tesco order.
LO pasta for lunch and JO's salmon in a bag with spuds and various veg for dinner.0 -

Definitely feels like spring here, beautiful sunshine and blue skies certainly bringing a smile to peoples faces.
Lunch was a bit of a strange combo I had a l/o stuffed mushroom and some leftover tuna mayo which I added some cooked pasta to bulk out.
Defrosted a portion of sausage & bean casserole for tonight which I'll have with some mexican style "ping" spiced rice.Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61

It is really warm and sunny out there! I went to a session of craniosacral therapy and walked there and back and I was quite hot on the way back. I had mashed avocado 🥑 on toast for breakfast. I'm not sure what to have for lunch as I feel quite full up.

Wednesday I self referred to the NHS physio on line bypassing the GP but I did have a diagnosis after a X-ray, as their was a long NHS wait they sent me to a private physio under the nhs.
Another lovely day and not too chilly, I popped into town for a hour and didn't need my jacket. A large bag was dropped into the charity shop, some books purchased 😣 and a Wagamama voucher picked up for a birthday present.I managed to fill my garden bin this afternoon and had a nice long chat with my neighbour. I'm hobbling this evening and regretting doing too much 🙄
I realised I had ones and a half portions of cottage pie left so froze one portion and had the half portion with LO veg for lunch. Pan fried duck breast with plum sauce for dinner with tenderstem broccoli stir fried with sesame seeds and sticky rice. It was from the butcher using the voucher I won and very nice, cheaper than SM as well. Reminded me I have a whole YS duck in my freezer which I want to take out to make room for more HM RM for after my opLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin0
