That seemed to come around quickly Brambing. My husband's last day at work is one month after yours.

I have only had a strawberry milkshake this morning. I did have a vegan Pukka pie in the fridge, but I don't know if I fancy it now.

Horrible weather! Pouring with rain here, typical as I just had a pedicure done yesterday!

Dull here, not expecting rain, but it does look iffy

Out at the volunteer place this morning, hence late clocking in here.
Then DD dropped by, she did a spot of bendy weeding for me and I swapped labour for some tomato plants.

Lunch, tinned peeled toms, on toast. Went on Asda to reorder, but that's another Essentials line discontinued :( . Opted for their own label one instead.
Dinner, frozen RM Meaty pasta bake, nuked.

Nearly empty fridge but delivery due tomorrow

That has come round quickly, Brambling!

Had a really great time at the theatre last night, such a great production, I’m always amazed that they’re amateurs - they were all great.

Drizzly rain on and off all day here, and feels a bit chilly, such a change from yesterday 🤷‍♀️

LO pasta from last night for lunch. Will do beans on toast in a bit so that I can swim later.

I had a Green Cuisine burger in a bun with lettuce, relish and ketchup about 4 so I will probably just have something light for dinner. This weather is terrible. It feels like autumn today as it has been so dark and rainy.

    Good morning everyone,
Grey with a weather warning for heavy rain here today.
Off out for dinner tonight to the local pup with DS2, my sis and nephew. It's a "chips with everything" kind of place but they do it really well. I'll just have some salad for lunch.

It was pouring last night. I managed just to get caught in a light drizzle as I went to Coop. I bought veggie burgers, apple pie and a bunch of flowers. I haven't eaten anything yet so I might have a burger in a bun like yesterday for brunch.

Got caught up helping out a neighbour and forgot to post yesterday.

My online delivery arrived this morning so decisions, decisions - what to cook, what to freeze. Decided to do some chicken thighs in the SC for tea tonight, I'll have some of them with braised carrot and celery and some jersey royals, that will leave some leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

Lunch today was a "use up" of a few picky bits, salad, crusty bread, pickles, cheese.

    Dull but dry so far

Snap, loads of stuff and all OK for dates, so no rush to use it soon. I've changed my mind on dinner a couple of times already.

I did use a roll for lunch, corned beef & pickle
Dinner, umming & ahhing, Pukka steak pie, roast chicken, sliced cold ham? Blowed if I know right now.

That is usually my favourite type of meal.
