That sounds horrible
Wednesday, hope you feel better soon.
We're getting all
sorts of weather here, lovely and sunny this morning but the icy wind made
standing waiting for the bus a bit chilly - showers after lunch and a very
chilly night is forecast.
I had some soup from
my freezer stash for lunch with a slice of toast. Also found a wedge of quiche
in the corner of the freezer so had that tonight with some sweet potato mash
and a good helping of buttery cabbage.

Good afternoon everyone,
Cold, wet and very windy here today.
Not long back from a rather brutal physio session so ready for a quiet afternoon.
LOs for lunch. Pork chop, spicy rice and broccoli for dinner.0 -
I've been feeling dizzy and sick again so I only just got up at 4pm. The weather is nice and sunny now, but earlier there were high winds, rain and hailstones!
I have had some squeezed orange juice. I'm trying to work out what I feel like eating.0 -

Well, we were forecast rain today but it’s been very heavy at times, plus some hail, not exactly April showers 🙄
Office day today, couple of meetings, few catch ups and a few bits and bobs in between. Lentil, beetroot, feta and walnut salad for lunch. Just had yummy chicken and chorizo jambalaya with a rocket side salad 😋

I hope you are feeling better Wednesday
Work has been quiet, just as well as I was on my own this afternoon and will be tomorrow afternoon as well.I was pleasantly surprised by my car insurance renewal as i have heard people complain how much theirs have been going up and mine is only about £40 more and I couldn't find cheaper elsewhere, seeing as I'm 60 next month I thought it may go up more £££. Just need to hope the home insurance stays staticLunch was the last of my YS small salmon quiches from the freezer with salad. Thanks, I'm still feeling a bit rough. I don't know if it is a migraine, but it doesn't feel like ones I used to get.
It feels chilly to me as the temps have dropped a bit. I have lots of food in the fridge so I need to look at everything and do a meal plan for the next few days. I might so a soup as it seems like the weather for it.0 -
Sun trying hard to come out after yesterday's wind & rain, still cool though, I was glad the heating clicked on this morning.Lunch, easy fried egg sandwichDinner, more LO cold roast pork, somehowNumerus non sum0

Nice sunny morning here but there's a very chilly wind - good for the washing but not for me, I'm getting so fed up wearing my winter jackets

There's some sweet potato mash leftover from last night which I'll whizz up with some chickpeas etc and make falafel to have with tomato salad and crusty bread for lunch.
Defrosting a piece of salmon which I'll pan fry and have with a french style warm lentil salad and some ss peas.

Good morning everyone,
Hope you feel better soon Wednesday
Still cold and windy but dry and bright - I'll take that!
Very sore after physio so a gentle day planned. The only "must do" is cook dinner for my sister coming over this evening and sort out the stock that's been simmering overnight in the slow cooker. Dinner is going to be simple chicken, veg and chorizo tray bake with baked spuds and salad so nice and easy. LOs/fridge bits for lunch.

I feel much better after a hot shower and a walk to the shops and back. It isn't as cold as I thought. I came home and made a smoothie, did some laundry and put the soup on. Tomato, carrot, pepper and lentil. I'm going to have some with sourdough when it has finished cooking.
I have three bags of romaine lettuce in the fridge so I assume they must have given me extra by accident!0
