I made a huge amount of tomato pasta yesterday so I had the leftovers when I woke up. I also had a coffee.
I did very well for steps last week, almost 85,000, but this week will be a write off as I don't even think I will go out today.0 -

Good morning everyone,
Cold but dry and bright here so far though that's forecast to change to sleet and ice this afternoon. It's to dip well below freezing tonight.
Nothing much planned for today if I cba (probably not) I might give the fridge a proper scrub out, otherwise my book beckons. There's LOs for lunch and I've mince and mash defrosting to make a cottage pie for dinner.

Very hard frost here and not much chance of it lifting today either, this has been a very long winter. Just had a quick walk to the bank to pay a bill, then on to the baker for a small loaf.

I woke up feeling ill again this morning so I took two more sinus tablets. I feel okay now. I think it must be lying down at night makes me feel more congested.
It isn't that chilly today. I thought it was meant to be cold. Maybe it will be later.
I'm going to finish my book today as I still have a couple of chapters left. I have had a cherry tea and a smoothie. I have some potatoes to use up today, but I'm not sure what to make.
