Nice to see you back Fire_Fox
Caronc i hope your Ex SIL isn't too poorly
I've not been outside the door today so not sure how hot it is but it looks over cast. Farway I know what you mean about the rain my garden is very hard to try and dig at the moment, it doesn't seem long ago we were complaining about too much rainI have arranged for the gardener to come out next week and give the garden a tidy and dig it over and where my dogwoods were (he cleared them after Christmas) eventually I plan to put a greenhouse there but for this year I'll put in some courgettes (which are just coming up in the mini greenhouse so once threat of frost has gone) and a runner bean wigwam, i swapped some french bean seeds for runner bean seeds with my sister although I have ended up potting them all on. I've called it supporting a local self employed person
we can discuss anything from a safe distance and i will pay him electronically
Lunch was late after a hour call with our IT developers lasted 3 hoursdefinitely a need for a T and P when it finished and I could have a nap now as it went on for so long
Lunch was one and a half cold sausages LO from dinner last night (they are quite big so I didn't eat two last night) in a wrap with mustard and mayo, raw spinach and beetroot. I've taken the turkey mince i brought YS at the weekend out of the freezer and I'm going to make turkey meatloaf with a tomato glaze for dinner there will be LOs of courseit has plenty of chopped / grated veg in which I sauteed lunchtime so it will be cold to add to the mince later. Not sure on what veg to go with I have runner beans and broccoli so probably those with mash potato. I have a cauliflower to use but i may make cauliflower cheese tomorrow night and have it with LOs

Thanks, Brambling!
Sounds delish, Caronc, whose harissa paste do you have? Or DIY?
Chilli con carne (Bolognese sauce, leftover chick peas, sweetcorn, chipotle paste) with YS cheesey jacket spud for dinner. Yuck.
Roasted a red onion and couple of wrinkly yellow peppers alongside the potato.
Grated and froze a block of mature cheddar that had been poorly wrapped and started drying out.
YS Finest Chicken, Prawn, Chorizo Paella out of the freezer for tomorrow. Will not repurchase, needs too much 'doctoring' to be useful for ICE rations.

I think I'm putting on weight. Must be all the bread I've been eating as I've now bought two loaves in quick succession. At 2am this morning I was eating a noodle pot
Yesterday I ended up having: 1 tomato sandwich, 1 paste/tomato sandwich, 1 paste sandwich, 1 jam sandwich, 1/2 bar of chocolate, packet of crisps, noodle pot.
