Halifax offering £100 bribe to open a new Halifax Reward account. (MSE news item today).
Can you add 'Reward Extras' to more than one Halifax current account ?

    One sole, one joint.

With TSB. removing their interest, I will need to find another Bank Account to feed the RSA?

Could anyone please shed the light the effective interest rate of this account for £5000 balance? Thanks

I don't understand why you expect others to google the information you want rather than doing it yourself.

    BOS Vantage and Club Lloyds?

Will have an effective rate of 0.78% p.a. on a fixed balance of £5,000.

Can anyone recommend a current account that sends paper statements ? I am currently with the Clydesdale but, as part of their absorption into the Virgin group, the latter are withdrawing sending paper statements ( unless specific ones are requested).
    thanks

The default for the Virgin [Clydesdale] M Plus account is paper. You have to pro-actively change it to paperless if you don't like the default option.

Out of interest, what is your reason for wanting paper?

When the next payment is due it will be redirected to the new account by the old bank and the details of the new account will be sent to the paying institution for future payments.

If you have any concerns then contact the paying institution to give them the new account details.
