After right?
I don't think that it's relevant when it's paid in, so long as it's paid in before 16 March.0 -

After right?AND before 16 March 2018 you:
complete a full switch of a non-NatWest account to your eligible account using the Current Account Switch Service;
deposit £1,500 into your eligible account; and
log into our online or mobile banking service.
I'd be pretty annoyed if I had to switch first, and then send £1,500 before I was allowed online/mobile access to be able to get at it!0 -
The £1500 pay in can be as part of the switch- or not - as a lump sum, penny numbers, etc.... as long as it's been in there by the cut-off date of March 16th.Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!

Anyone else having problems logging on using Firefox, (58.0 64-bit) ? Have had this issue since signing up with the previous Firefox and updated to the above earlier today with the same issue
I get the following:

I have contacted NatWest and all they can offer is use OE , clear cookies.
I know from previous similar issues clearing cookies just does not work and just ends up loosing saved passwords etc.
I have no problems logging on via Internet Explorer but don't like using IE due to security problems.

I use a Mac and cannot logon using Safari, the webpage buttons and links don't do anything. Firefox 58 works for me ok though. I'm not impressed with the NWOLB interface, though I didn't like Clydesdale's much either. Nationwide and BOS/Halifax systems work much better IMO.0 -
Achieved logging on today now I have all the stuff. Amazed that it showed last log in Tuesday 22/9/2009 at 14.52.
I'm convinced it was the day after but my memory isn't what it was.0 -
My switch from BOS to NatWest completed this morning and I was able to go in and transfer a few pounds to another account successfully so everything seems to work. Much to my surprise, my BOS current account seems to have been left open with nothing in it which is great as I'll probably either put most of the money back into it as it pays 2% or use it to transfer in the future.0

Did you elect to do a full switch?
A full switch closes the old account. It's a condition for the NatWest incentive that you must do a full switch NOT a partial switch.0 -
