This is like playing rummy- you sit there waiting for the one card to complete the set only to discover it's being blocked /withheld!!Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!

Paid in £1500. Will transfer out £1500 tomorrow. By the way, the card reader trick works. Very surprised.0

I gave up waiting for the activation code. I just registered as a new online user using my account number and debit card details.Don't wait for your ship to come in, swim out to it.0 -
You could have confirmed your theory here too:-

Not really a theory is it?
I use my Co-op one for Nationwide and now Natwest.0 -

Neither are any quiz questions difficult, if you know the answers of course.:think:0 -

Thanks me too last night.
The format is exactly the same as Ulster Bank.
Have been able to transfer 1501 in and have ordered a reader yesterday so hopefully the error message I'm getting when I try and activate disappears soon so I can transfer back.0 -
My switch went through successfully yesterday and then I received a letter with my account number
Now just need to transfer 1500 across on payday and extricate it before I need it to pay my bills....0 -
My Activation Code finally came through this afternoon and I was then able to logon to the online system via my Customer Number and Activation Code which then showed by my Account Number. I was then asked to setup a Security Pin and a Password. I went into the option to activate my Debit Card but, like some other people, it said I couldn't use that option. I've seen messages saying people have registered for Internet Banking. I assume that as I can log into the online system that I am already registered for it? I went into security and took the Enable Card Reader option as I already have a card reader from a previous NatWest account plus a Nationwide Card reader. However, it wants Pin. Is this my security Pin or another pin for the Debit Card which I haven't yet received?0
