    Good morning all

Took out a big chicken breast and some leftover chorizo sausages from the freezer. I’m going to do a jambalaya for dinner tonight

that sounds easy enough for me to do!!!  (although I hate peeling pumpkins/squash...)

Thought you might want to know you don't have to peel pumpkins and squashes unless they are really thick, the skins roast up really nicely!

I have got some YS quorn, so will attempt a veggie chilli for tonight's dinner. Never made one with quorn before.
    Served with rice.

Yes - but sometimes recipes say to peel.  Butternut skin is actually quite edible when roasted but I wouldn't want it in a dish of mixed roasting  if you know what I mean.

@Frith what makes the chicken Spanish?? (please don't say it's accent....)
