We've declared this an easy dinner night so I'm thinking I might have the Tisco beef burritos that got slung in the freezer.  OH was talking about tuna or salmon sandwich with soup or possibly an omelette.

Off now to the various bits of the freezer to see if what needs to be chucked.....

I had the last portion of slow cooker dhal with a tomato salad followed by stewed apples and blackberries and a coffee or two.

Literally no idea - I 'need' to do a food shop. Actually I don't need to - we have plenty in but struggling to find stuff that OH will eat too which doesn't involve two meals. I did buy some meatless sausages last night so might be sausage and mash tonight.

Tonight is chicken and chorizo pasta. Will do for lunch tomorrow, too. Might force self to use up a packet bread mix my Mum gave me and add some garlic butter.

As I'm still on holiday we're going to order a chinese.  Likely duck and beansprouts or sweet & sour pork, chicken and cashews and rice.  OH will want a pancake roll but I shall be virtuous.   o:)

I had a couple of Linda Macartney veggie sausages from the freezer with a steamed corn on the cob and lovely mixed salad with red wine vinegar dressing followed by stewed apple and a couple of coffees.
