Lunch is leftovers from dinner: tofu, mushroom and cabbage curry (much nicer than it sounds - mum's on hols for the 4th time this year(!) and dropped round fresh stuff that needed using so I curried it all).0 -

Will be out for lunch with daughter, got a free birthday meal voucher, and have taken a small beef joint from freezer, added half green pepper and some carrots + seasoning of course and that is now in SC. Will be enough to last over weekend of freeze surplus. Had chicken last 2 days so fancied a change and really needed to get something out of freezer.0

Have fab time. Watched Rick in Thessaloniki last night, that looked a nice place too. Great dish of lamb, aubergines and red peppers.
Tonight we're having gammon, new potatoes and eggs.0 -
Lunch today will be crackers, ham & cucumber. Dinner tonight will be mince and onion pie (made with Lodough (low calorie gluten free type pastry) - first time of using it so hope it's OK), mash & veg
Denise
The pie was not a success! Will not be using Lodough again! Unfortunately it was a 4 portion pie so we only used half so other half was had for today's lunch with chips & beans. DH decided not to eat the "pastry" but I decided I'd paid for it and it wasn't completely inedible just not worth using again.
Tonight's dinner will be a HM keema curry with rice.
