I'm on the bus, out for the day with a friend.
Breakfast out, shopping, lunch out, shopping, drinks with the chaps later.
Probably won't want anything when we get home. OH will pick up a takeaway.0 -
Quiche and salad for lunch today and out to a quiz this evening with a burger thrown in (veggie for me) so very easy cooking day today.0

Lunch will be HM vegan lasagna from freezer, supper beans on toast. Easy peasy!0

Tonight's dinner will be salmon marinated in sweet chilli sauce and cheesey mash and green veg, followed by diced grapes with a dollop of greek yogurt on top.Lunch is HM mushroom soup and double gloucester cheese and crackers and an apple. I will be happy when Lent has finished as I so miss my ginger nut biscuits with my cuppa

Yesterday I had fish n chips, such a large fish I brough half home and had with cous cous & veg so the beef is for tonight. The juices I cooked the meat in is lovely so some for gravy with celeriac & s/pot mash n greens tonight, the rest is in SM with some of the s/pot n celeriac so will have 3 portions, thats lunches.0

I have some red peppers to use up, so will stuff them with refried beans and grated cheese and roast them to serve with a little creamy mashed potato. Cheesecake for pud.0
