  • Preschoolers had fish fingers, peas and pasta.
    Hubby and I had honey & lemon Salmon, mine with noodles and soy sauce, his with tinned potatoes and butter!

    Fish in the bag and rice tonight for me. Not actually sure what hubby had thinking about it.
    Have a curry marinating for tomorrow,  just a jar sauce with potato, pepper, roasted squash and paneer.

  • Last night I had sausage, celeriac puree and cauliflower cheese
    Tonight I have had lamb shank, swede & carrot puree, celeriac puree and brussel sprouts
  • Cooked a small gammon last night. Had a bit of it with pasta,veg, cheese.
    Tonight some of the gammon is in fried rice.
  • Leftover vegetarian spag bol from last night (with added kidney beans and courgette) and we're making home made morello cherry ice cream.

    I had a load of roast vegetables  with a plain omelette.
    Husband had chips and ham with salad.
    Daughter had, chips, ham and egg.

    Tonight I am doing a traybake consisting of chunks of skinless basa fillets, potato and cauliflower in a cream and gruyere cheese sauce seasoned with plenty of black pepper and a touch of cayenne.
  • Chicken and stuffing sandwich and a cheeseboard for tonight's tea.

    Cheese, cheese and more cheese at this rate, maybe with a cadburys rose choc thrown in

    Sausages with onion gravy, yorkshire pudding, mashed potato, green beans, broccoli. All cooked by husband and it was lovely.
