What are you making for dinner?

I am making the yogurt pizza dough today - makes 3 large pizzas so 2 lots of dough goes in the freezer.

Cauli and pasta cheese with bacon bits.
Crumble with mixed fruit from the freezer.

OH is using the last of the turkey crown to make a curry. This will be served with cauliflower rice.  We still have christmas pudding, cake and mince pies left if we fancy something else.

Been eating our way through the turkey crown for the past few days, we didn’t seem to eat much of it on the big day, so put one huge breast in the freezer for a later date, then sandwiches and pie sorted out the rest. 

Tonight we had sweet chilli and garlic noodles tonight, using the rest of the Christmas gammon and LOTS of vegetables, just what the dr ordered.

Bacon & Leek pasta for tonight, we bought extra bacon so we're using up half the remaining, probably icecream with HM raspberry sauce for pud.

I popped into m and s for a birthday gift and lots of reduced salads for 20p, so we had jacket potato with salads, ham and boiled eggs.

steak, gammon, mushrooms, tomato and cauli cheese. It seems like everyone today is using up their Christmas leftovers...very money saving.com!

I am undecided between chicken curry and bacon suet roll. Like to have a choice of 2 dinners available in the fridge.

Tonight will be tuna mayonnaise with salad, coleslaw and jacket potatoes. Have taken some chicken thighs out of the freezer for tomorrow.

Breaded fish, fried leftover new potatoes, mushy peas and normal peas. Have also got some bread rolls on a second prove which should be ready to put in the oven at the same time, so half a warm buttered roll each may be added 😋
