I had a bit of a YS haul in Sainsbury’s on Friday (I had gone to spend my double up vouchers, but that’s another story) and I must have hit the chiller aisle at exactly the right moment - eight 750g packs of 5% fat minced beef reduced to 70p each. And it all looked in perfectly fresh condition.
What a fabulous bargain, I'd have bolognse coming out of my ears if I found that much minced beef XD

Husband had pork chops, both served with broccoli, green beans, brussel sprouts, stuffing, roast potatoes and gravy.

  • Have got a bowl of spicy wedges left over in the fridge, so am going to re-bake them in the oven covered in mozzarella and jalapeños, and then make a bean chilli to go with. And salad and avocado.

Popped into M&S earlier to get some flowers (not overly impressed with the selection / quality but guess the supply chain is up the creek like most things atm) Anyway, for some plant based no chicken kievs as a treat so we'll be having those later with something.
