I made vege toad in the hole for the third week running. I didnt enjoy it as much as usual, so wont make it again for a while.
Husband had pork chops, both served with broccoli, green beans, brussel sprouts, stuffing, roast potatoes and gravy.

Salt and pepper Basa with vegetable rice. Easy dinner tonight.
Got some ys sliced leeks for 15p a bag in Asda earlier so tomorrow I'll have salmon with dill and some leeks.

Have got a bowl of spicy wedges left over in the fridge, so am going to re-bake them in the oven covered in mozzarella and jalapeños, and then make a bean chilli to go with. And salad and avocado.
