Reheated the sweet n sour i made the other night and made the left over rice into egg fried. Fed me and OH, so another clean pan for the dishwasher.
Just did a shop today and restocked the freezer, forgetting i was trying to make space for xmas 🤦‍♀️ did get two of the vegan 'roast' things Aldi are doing this year, smaller than i imagined but was going to serve it alongside a smaller than usual     turkey (OH is veggie and DM doesn't eat a lot of meat) for xmas dinner. Was just going to get one to try then figured i may as well buy two so we had the one i wanted for xmas. If the test one is horrible I'll just Freegle the other.
