Chicken tagine from the freezer for me (one of those batch cooked when I was on the Blood Sugar Diet!)
    Son2 had LO HM pizza.
We made a tray of potato and sweet potato wedges to go with it.

I’d love to say I’ve handcrafted a wonderful pudding but we’ve got a box of fondant fancies for when we’redoing the virtual pub quiz later on!

Didn't feel well last night so didn't bother with dinner. Not sure about tonight - have some jersey royals in and may whip up a chilli to have over the weekend as there's a couple of sad looking peppers in the fridge.

Butterfly_Brain - I'm like you, if it hasn't grown a fur coat and legs and smells fine it's still usable as far as I'm concerned (with the exception of chicken, fish and eggy things like egg mayo)

It’s much cooler (and wetter!) today so we’ll be having a beef in red wine casserole which I made and froze a while back. This will free up another small block of space in a freezer drawer - I’m valiantly trying to make room for the imminent home grown fruit’n’veg deluge!

Brunch was a fake away sausage mcmuffin. Smoothie as well.
Fish again for dinner. Probably with rice...I wouldn't go as far as saying it will be paella...but I'll try my best with fish/prawns/flavourings we've got. Ideally I would like to go and get another pack of mixed seafood, but its rubbish weather besides it's not like we don't have enough to make do. Bought a small cake last night, Will have the rest of that for dessert.
EDIT- Rain stopped, managed to get to shop and the ''paella'' was all the nicer for the mixed seafood. Also had cake in the afternoon with a cheeky chocolate eclair and a custard slice and a lovely cup of tea... ''all the treats''.  o:)

Ended up with some Jersey Royals, sliced leeks and broccoli & tomato quiche. Very nice it was too.
Chopped some sad looking peppers to make chilli over the weekend (bunged them in the freezer in the meantime)
