We didn’t have the steaks yesterday, due to Adam having a massive hangover 🤣 we ended up using up some cooked burgers and sausages. The steak Is now in the freezer for the weekend.
tonight I am using the LO BBQ’d lamb and slow cooked onions and makIng a curry, I have some naan breads in the freezer so will use them up too 👍

Morning all, Saturday night was frozen pizza, Sunday night was steak, marrowfat peas, chips and fried onions. My parents are shielding so my mum made a roast beef dinner and all the trimmings for fathers day and has plated some up so I get a cheeky roast dinner tonight with no effort as I couldn’t join them yesterday cos of covid, the rest of the week I took inspo from here and will be aubergine parmigiana and chilli
Lunch today is LO salady bits with garlic and herb chicken

HM chicken curry from the freezer for us tonight, and I have a pouch of microwaveable pilau rice so zero cooking for me today! I love cooking, but it’s nice to have an occasional day off 😀3

Bbq sausage from aldi, which disappointingly wasn't quite what i expected but still ok, might turn the othee 3 into a casserole, cheesy mash and leeks.

I had a block of puff pastry left so I made it into a sort of massive pasty, filled with onion, chicken, bacon, sage leaves and cheese. It was really nice! Had with salad leaves from the garden.

Morning, so dinner tonight is a peri peri chicken kebab thing I got from Aldi. People were saying it is nice, so I decided to Give it a go. At £4.99 it better be. I could have got 2 whole chickens instead so I really hope I haven’t wasted my money. This will served with chips and salad. Lunch is likely to be a jacket potato with cheese and beans again with salad.Starting Total in September 2019 = £38287.77
Current Total = £25534.10
