Going to make a breakfast wrap soon. Mushroom, egg and cheese. I do have sausages and bacon but put them straight into the freezer last night without thinking they would be handy for today.
Mashed potatoes with mince containing a good assortment of veg this evening.

Chicken and Dahl curry and rice tonight, if I can summon the energy.  Lunch frozen pizza which we never had the other day, or maybe an omelette with salad.

Another item removed from the freezer for tonight’s supper - it’s a beef and mushroom casserole which we’ll have with peas, carrots, broccoli and mashed potato. I can’t remember whether this was a beef and ale casserole or a beef and red wine one that I had made, so looking forward to the surprise reveal when it’s defrosted!  Strawberries for pud.
