I bought some beef olives-beef filled with sausage meat at an online butchers some time ago. Now found a recipe for it with nice gravy so that is what we are having for tea. With mashed potatoes probably and brocolli.5

Morning. Mondays are always busy, with supper needing to be cooked early so DD can eat before her evening shift at work. So its spaghetti bolognese tonight. Lunch will be a ham salad sandwhich.Starting Total in September 2019 = £38287.77

So yesterday I slow cooked some gammon to have this week with salad and for sandwiches, once sliced there seems to be an awful lot of it so I will freeze some. I also slow cooked some Chinese marinated belly pork and served it with Chinese slaw and prawn crackers. Nice for a change but wouldn’t have belly pork all the timeBreakfast was crunchy nut and lunch is gammon and coleslaw sandwich.
Mince based dish later in the week

Diner tonight is Spanish Omelette with Roast carrots on the side. Not sure about lunch yet. Will probably be a tin of tomato soup as I have some in the pantry needing used up.

I had left over roast beef and Yorkshire pudding, new pots, carrots and peas for lunch. Wii do cheese omelette and salad for evening meal.5
