Still trying to be healthy, tonight I had a load of roast veg with gnocchi. I topped it with a little grated cheese and baked it in the oven. Others had roasted veg in chilli pasta sauce with tagliatelle and home made meatballs.

Busy day at work today so probably won’t have time for lunch. Dinner is going to be quick fry steak, with onions, mash potato and veggies.Starting Total in September 2019 = £38287.77

Lunch is a cheese and pickle sandwich and tonight is mince, which I think might end up being chilli with rice – strawberries and grapes for snacks today, im trying to be good but a wispa slipped through the net last night

Home made tacos with black beans and salsa. Bit of a cheat as its partly leftovers from an online cookery class we did Monday bulked up to make a meal using what else we have at home.May you find your sister soon Helli.

We had jacket potatoe with beans&cheese for lunch
For tea we are having pizza on tortillas, with mozzarela, spinach&feta.

The remaining packet of tortellini (added a little bit of ''normal'' pasta to bulk it up). Enjoyed with the remainder of pesto &two small beef burgers (just the meat) I found in the freezer.2
